Professional Engineer (P.E.) - Graduated from the University of Illinois in 2001 with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Over the last decade Drew has worked in the engineering consulting field while simultaneously building the infrastructure to launch 33 Realty. Drew's vision is to brand 33 as the highest quality all inclusive real estate organization in Chicago. 33's business model revolves around slow sustained growth to ensure our team is providing the best service within the industry. We only hire professional people that understand what professionals need. Hence, our motto "REAL Estate PROFESSIONALS for Professionals."

Certified Professional Accountant (C.P.A.) - Graduated from the University of Illinois in 2002 with a Masters Degree in Accounting. He started his professional career working for one of the Big 5 accounting firms and later moved into asset management and corporate restructuring consulting. Eric and Drew have been working together for five years and have developed a very sound strategy to ensure their clients are finding the best deals on the market. Eric and Drew have also teamed up on multiple rehab and investment property projects.

John has significantly grown 33 Realty's presence by taking the lead in the luxury rental market. John oversees relationships with property management firms in all areas of Chicago and ensures clients are receiving the best values available in the most desirable buildings in the city. In addition to successfully finding homes for over 300 clients in the past 3 years, he also assists buyers with condo/single family purchases and represents various investor groups on acquiring potential commercial real estate properties. John previously worked as a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap providing investment, advisory and transaction services. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Illinois.

Graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Economics. Marta started her career in an account management capacity developing direct marketing strategies for some of the nation's leading retailers. Simultaneously, she started M&M Property Professionals, which is a property management company that was acquired by 33 Realty. She is also one of the founding members of 33 Realty. Marta devotes the majority of her time to Accounting and Marketing.

Susan graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance and worked for an investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions prior to joining 33 Realty.  She holds a real estate broker’s license and advises clients in the leasing, purchase and sale of homes & investment property. Susan has first-hand knowledge of Chicago's diverse neighborhoods, having lived everywhere from Lincoln Square to Wrigleyville to River North and currently residing in the South Loop.

Mary is currently a part-time student at DePaul University and is working on a degree in Real Estate Finance. She has a family background in Real Estate Development and Property Management and starting working in the Real Estate Field while still in High School. For the last seven years, Mary has worked for a Property Management/Development Company and over the last year has focused her efforts on Leasing. She has utilized her knowledge, understanding and connections in the Real Estate Community to help her clients find the most desirable home.

Theresa has an extensive background in real estate. For years, she has worked at a prestigious real estate developer in Chicago. She has helped coordinate all phases of new construction projects, provided executive support to project planning, budgeting, and performing a variety of tasks leading to the launch of a project. Theresa has been a leasing agent in Chicago for the past three years and is now working as a leasing agent for 33 Realty. She has a lot of knowledge on the different neighborhoods in Chicago and is dedicated to helping you find exactly what your looking for in a new place to live.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Accountancy and minor in Marketing. His professional experience includes work at a Big 4 Accounting firm as well as management in the restaurant industry. In pursuing his passion for real estate, Matt now works for 33 Realty as a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He is dedicated to help his clients find the best possible living options at the best price.

Andrew graduated from Roosevelt University with a BS in Marketing. His experience encompasses client relationship communications, graphic design, sales and customer service. He has developed many data research and analysis projects. He has a family background of real estate and property management, and was part of a building construction team that built a single family home selling for over $400,000 in 2005. Andrew holds a real estate salesperson license.

Graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with degrees in French and International Relations. He has lived in France, Belgium, Tahiti and Martinique. Currently he is pursuing a masters degree in teaching English as a Second Language. As a landlord for 10 years, Dale brings a unique perspective to being a real estate leasing and sales agent. He is dedicated to making his tenants feel "at home", and he brings this same dedication and enthusiasm to helping 33 Realty clients find a place that they can truly call home!

Kathleen is currently a full-time student at Roosevelt University pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. She has a family background in Real Estate Development and Property Management with an extensive background in customer service. Kathleen acts as a liaison between the variety of listings and our perspective clients which ensures that our website is the most accurate in the industry.

Zach graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Economics. He has previous work experience with a real estate development and property management company based out of Chicago gaining experience in leasing and construction management. Zach also has experience on the real estate investment side of the industry evaluating opportunities and completing due diligence work. Zach currently works in leasing and real estate sales and is dedicated to fulfilling his client's needs through his extensive knowledge of Chicago's real estate market.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Iowa in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Lindsay moved to Streeterville immediately upon graduation and began working as an Account Manager for R.R. Donnelley. Lindsay also attended National-Louis University and received her Masters in the Art of Teaching degree. Lindsay joined 33 Reality in 2011 as she aspires to assist others in achieving their long-term dreams/goals by finding her clients a perfect place where they can call "home". Lindsay has resided in Chicago for over 7 years, living in Streeterville, Wrigleyville and Lincoln Park. Lindsay strives to pass on her experience and knowledge of Chicago and all it has to offer to each of her clients!

Gene is a Graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Sociology, and a minor in Business. He recently joined the 33 Realty team after working as a leasing agent for a major realty management company in the Chicago land area. He has extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Loop, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and River North areas of Chicago. He prides himself on finding the best deals the real estate market has to offer to his clients. Last year, he helped over 100 clients find new homes over the course of the busy season, and is excited to help out new clients this upcoming season.

Joseph’s vision is to make the real estate process a better one. He serves you by listening to your concerns, understanding your goals, and sharing in YOUR vision. He is dedicated to this purpose and your advocacy, by adhering to the NAR code of ethics, which defines who he is, what he does and how he does it. Prior to joining 33 Realty, Joseph attended Illinois Institute of Technology, where he graduated with a bachelor degree in civil engineering. Post graduation, Joseph earned his Professional Engineer license while working for a fortune 500 company where he designed and managed multi-million dollar highway projects. He expanded this organizations field of expertise in the US and Australia markets by focusing on and providing enhanced modern roadway design. His diverse background, combined with many skills, contribute to his unique ability to assist a variety of buyers and sellers.

Tim graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Accountancy. Prior to joining 33 Realty he worked part time for a global financial advisory and investment services firm. Having lived in the Chicago-land area his whole life, he utilizes his extensive knowledge of the city to help clients find the absolute best homes according to their needs and wants. Tim’s strong work ethic and passion for client satisfaction drives him to truly give a positive experience in the real estate market and to fully exceed client expectations.

Dominic graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, majoring in Economics. His previous work experience includes time with one of the largest and most highly reputable real estate firms in Iowa. Most recently Dominic worked at an asset management company helping analyze investment opportunities and invest client money in real estate investment trusts (REIT’s). He has worked with and researched companies spanning the real estate investment spectrum including companies that own and manage residential, student housing, retail, office, industrial, net lease and healthcare properties. Dominic takes his fiduciary responsibility very seriously and will work hard to make sure all of your investing, purchase, sales and/or leasing needs are realized.

Ryan attended Illinois State University. He has been a licensed leasing agent since 2009 and will be working towards a brokers license in November. He started his leasing career in Chicago this past March and currently resides in the South Loop. He is very excited to now be working for 33 Realty where he can work with property management and expand his expertise. Ryan promises to find the best possible options within your budget that you can call your home.

Erin has began her journey as a leasing agent September 2011. She has a family background in real estate development and property management with an extensive background in customer service. She has been living in Chicago since 2007 and has become very familiar with the different areas and landmarks Chicago has to offer. She is looking forward to new opportunities and helping clients find the perfect home.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Communication, a minor in Political Science, and a pre-law focus. Dave worked at a technical staffing firm after graduation but decided to join the 33 Realty team to pursue his passion for real estate. Dave's commitment to his clients' needs and dedication to quality service make him a valuable resource for finding the best place to call home.

Dhereck is a true Chicagoan from the north side of the city. He started his real estate career in 2007 as a leasing agent. His work ethic and knowledge of the city make him a superb real estate broker. Dhereck comes to 33 Realty with goals to expand his career. He holds his broker license with the initiative to a make a permanent presence in the sales market in the city of Chicago.
